Hello my fierce warriors, I am back again with some fun blogging. The lyrics above are from one of my favorite songs called "Fuck Apologies" it is sung by Jojo and Wiz Khalifa. I believe this song is about someone who has been hurt too many times and now they realize that they have been tricked into viewing themselves as the bad guy and they have lost themselves in the process. This song has special meaning to me because I have been labeled the black sheep of my family for a long time and even though we are in somewhat in a better place now, they still want me to apologize for things I don’t care to apologize for. I am a person who hates apologies and I hate to apologize because I am a true believer that you can't do anything with a sorry. The reason I believe this is because when a person does something that they know is going to hurt you anyway, but instead of not doing it they chose to do it and think that simply saying "I am sorry" will erase the pain caused but that is not always the case. I will only apologize if I feel like I did something wrong and even then I won’t really apologize I will just try and never do it again. This song is important to me because it represents what I stand for. I will forever use this as my anthem even when I get old and grey this will be my anthem. I will teach my kids as they grow up to avoid people that try and bully them into apologizing and I will teach to take responsibility for their actions only if the are wrong or perceive themselves to have potentially been in the wrong. This world will try and bully people into submission and that is why there is so much heartbreak and suicide because people let others hurt them to the point of no return. If only they would just listen to this song everyday and value themselves more this world would be a better place. If someone looks down on you as a disappointment because you did not finish college or go to college, because you do not have the best job, or you did not live up to their expectations, do not apologize for it because you have to live your life for you and not for everyone else.
